These Terms and Conditions apply to all photography, hair, and makeup services (“the Services”) provided by The Vision Sisters. By booking a session, the client (“you”) agrees to the terms below.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit (amount confirmed during consultation) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and written agreement (email confirmation is sufficient).

• Pricing is confirmed in advance and may vary depending on travel, shoot type, and specific requirements.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded.

• We allow one reschedule free of charge if at least 72 hours’ notice is given, subject to availability.

• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee may apply, or a new deposit may be required.

• If The Vision Sisters must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergency), we will offer an alternative date or provide a full refund of any payments made.

3. Arrivals & Timing

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time or omitted services (e.g. makeup) to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.

• If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the session without refund.

4. Client Preparation

• You are responsible for arriving with clean, product-free skin and hair unless agreed otherwise.

• Outfit selection and any props should be discussed in advance. If special styling is needed, this must be arranged ahead of time.

5. Image Delivery & Usage

• Edited digital images are delivered via online gallery or file transfer within the timeframe agreed upon (typically 2–4 weeks).

• You will receive a set number of high-resolution, professionally edited images as agreed in your package.

• Raw (unprocessed) images are not included and will not be released.

6. Copyright & Usage

• All images remain the copyright of The Vision Sisters.

• Clients are granted a personal-use license to use the images for personal use (e.g. social media, printing, personal portfolio).

• You may not edit, filter, crop out watermarks, or sell the images without written permission.

• The Vision Sisters retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, marketing, competitions, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.

7. Model Release

By participating in a photo shoot, you grant The Vision Sisters permission to use your likeness in photographs for promotional purposes (including website, social media, printed materials, etc.), unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to the session.

8. Children and Minors

If the shoot involves children under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide written consent for photography and image use.

9. Hair & Makeup Services

• Hair and makeup are provided as part of our creative package. Final looks are based on a collaborative vision discussed before or during the shoot.

• Any allergies or sensitivities must be disclosed before the session. We are not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.

10. Liability

While all reasonable care will be taken, The Vision Sisters is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings during the shoot

• Delays caused by weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control

• Any personal injury incurred during the session, unless caused by our negligence

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood, pandemic, government restriction, strike, etc.). In such cases, we will offer to reschedule or refund where appropriate.

12. Agreement

By booking with The Vision Sisters, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. A copy is available upon request and may be provided at the time of booking.
